'Arty'ology and curious cures...
Mix art and archaeology at Market Hall Museum, Warwick, on the Tuesday 14 February, and have a go at a range of family friendly, artistic activities from the past.
Children will be able to make Medieval ‘face jugs’, create Roman mosaics or design strings of Anglo-Saxon beads. Just drop in between 10.00am and 12.00pm to join the fun.
There is much more half term fun to be had later in the week with ‘Smelly Solutions and Marvellous Medicines,’ at St John’s House Museum, Warwick, on Thursday 16 February. Families can find out about curious cures from the past and make and decorate sweet smelling lavender bags. To take part, just drop in between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
