Sudoku Challenge and lots more!

Adults across North Warwickshire can take part in a Sudoku challenge as part of Adult Learners’ Week, which runs from Saturday 20 May to Friday 26 May.

The challenge is being launched on the Monday 22 May in an Atherstone Pub, and there will also be ‘quick reads’ planted around the borough in pubs, offices, cafes and hairdressers for people to read and pass on.

Other events taking place cover a wide range of subjects from essentials skills to internet security classes, baby sign language and teabag folding lessons!

Muriel Halpin, Adult Development Worker for Warwickshire County Council said: “We are delighted to offer such a wide range of events for this year’s Adult Learners’ Week. Please contact the library or Adult & Community Learning Team about booking places. Some of the events are very popular and we would hate anyone to be disappointed.”

For further information or booking please ring Muriel or Debie from the ACL Team on 01827 718007, or Gwyneth Wicks, Outreach Librarian on 07747475055.
