Follow The Miners’ Trail At Pooley Country Park
Visit Pooley Country Park and Heritage Centre, near Polesworth and take part in a walk which will reveal the location and workings of the once busy colliery that was situated here, as told by a former miner.
The walk will take place on Sunday 27th August and will be followed with a trip to the Mining Heritage Experience or alternatively you can enjoy a cuppa in the café.
Meet at the Visitor Centre at 2.00pm for this two hour informative walk.
Cost: adults £1.50; concessions £1.00; family (max. 2 adults + 2 children) £3.50
