Leamington firefighters rock out for charity!

Firefighters from Warwickshire Fire & Rescue will be rocking out at a Queen tribute night to raise money for three worthwhile charities.

The event, which has been organised by firefighters from Green Watch, Leamington Fire Station, will take place on Saturday 28 October. The excellent Queen tribute band ‘Kings of Queen’ will headline the evening, supported by award-winning DJ’s Cecil B and Jonny Ruben.

The group will be rolling back the years with hits such as ‘Don’t stop me now’, ‘We will rock you’, ‘Killer Queen’ and ‘Radio ga ga’.
Firefighter, Cecil Benjamin said: “The main aim of the event is to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research, Guide Dogs for the Blind and the British Heart Foundation. The band is absolutely sensational and sells out wherever they go.

“It should be a really fun night and we are hoping that lots of people will be showing their support for such a worthwhile cause.”
