Register your thoughts on Warwickshire’s Registration Services
If you’ve recently had reason to visit a Registrar in Warwickshire, Warwickshire Registration Services would like to know what you thought about the service you received.
Warwickshire County Council, which runs Warwickshire Registration Services, has launched two survey questionnaires on their website, giving registration customers the opportunity to say what they think.
Residents who have recently registered a birth or death, made marriage arrangements or applied for copies of certificates at any of Warwickshire’s Register Offices are being invited to complete a Customer Care Survey.
Those who have recently celebrated their marriage with a civil ceremony, have renewed their vows or held a naming ceremony for a child in Warwickshire can complete a special Civil Ceremony Survey.
Polly Dickinson, Registration Service Manager, Warwickshire County Council, said: “Warwickshire Registration Service is committed to providing excellent services and we are always looking at ways to improve the services that we provide.
“We are inviting everyone who has recently used our services to complete these surveys. The feedback will be used to help us provide the best service possible to everyone using Registration Services in Warwickshire.”
The surveys are available to complete online at http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/registration. Alternatively, contact the Registration Service Manager on 01926 746805/6 or by e-mail at registration@warwickshire.gov.uk.
