A gateway to improved security

A call from Nuneaton residents for improved security has been answered by Warwickshire County Council and partners with the installation of a new gate.

Arthur Russell Court Residents Association recently received £1,000 from Building Sustainable Neighbourhoods, Advantage West Midlands capital funding to pay for a security gate to be installed on the property in Stockingford, Nuneaton.

The gate has now being fully installed on site and one of the residents at Arthur Russell Court said: “It’s great to know we’re all safe and secure finally. We can rest assured that people can only enter if they have a key.”

Buildings Sustainable Neighbourhoods has supported more than 100 community projects, emanating from 60 community organisations throughout Nuneaton and Bedworth Regeneration Zone, with funding from Warwickshire County Council, Advantage West Midlands, and European Regional Development Fund.
