Birds of prey swoop into Ryton
Take a break from Christmas shopping mayhem and visit Ryton Pools Country Park on Saturday 16th December to meet up with falcons and owls.
The birds will be there as part of a regular monthly event, when local experts will be on hand to explain the lives and habits of these lovely creatures. See them fly and marvel at their skills.
This is a free event, which will take place between 11.00am and 1.00pm. Meet at the Visitor Centre.
