Winter evening walk this Friday
Visitors to Pooley Country Park will this Friday be able to take part in a winter evening walk.
With the help of the full moon walkers will be able to experience the wild wood at night.
The walk will start from the Visitor Centre at 8.30pm, returning at around 10.30pm, and will go through the woodland where walkers can enjoy the woods at night and may even be lucky enough to hear the ghostly hoot of an owl.
Those taking part should wear warm and suitable outdoor clothing and take a torch. Booking is essential – please call Kingsbury Water Park on 01827 872660.
