Bridge works could cause delays
Motorists are being warned that they could experience delays as improvement works get underway on a major Nuneaton route.
Warwickshire County Council contractor, the Murphy Group, will shortly be carrying out work to repair and repaint Eastborough Way (Garrett Street) Railway Bridge and Eastborough Way Footbridge in Nuneaton.
The works are due to start on Saturday, 24th February, and will run until 2nd April 2007.
During the works there will be single lane running and temporary traffic signals over the bridge on the A4254 Eastborough Way (Garrett Street).
This will result in possible delays for road users. Pedestrian access will remain available throughout the works, with the footpath being diverted over the road bridge during works to the footbridge.
