An Easter of fun at country parks
An array of Easter events are offering youngsters plenty to get egg-cited about when attending two of Warwickshire County Council’s country parks.
The county council’s Country Parks Service has put together a great programme of events for children during the Easter holidays at Kingsbury Water Park and Ryton Pools Country Park.
The activities, ranging from a Treasure Hunt to Den Building and from Chicks on a Stick to Fantastic Frog activities, have been organised for children between the ages of three and 12.
But, as there will only be a limited number of places available on these events, prior booking is essential; those wishing to take part should telephone the relevant park. Last year’s activities were a sell-out so parents are advised to book early.
All children taking part in these activities must be accompanied by a parent or an adult, and the cost of all activities £2.50 per child.

Wed 11 April Wild Easter Bonnets & Parade for families
Thur 12 April Fantastic Frogs for 3-12 year olds

Tues 3 April Survival Dens for 5-12 year olds

Tues 10 April Food Chain Spinners for 3 – 12 year olds (drop-in event between 11am and 3pm, no need to book)
Wed 11 April Survival Dens for 5-12 year olds
Thur 12 April Recycled Kites for 5 – 12 year olds
Fri 13 April Environmental Art for 3 – 12 year olds
Sat 31st March to Sunday 15th April Easter Clue Trail at Ryton. No need to book, just pick up your clue sheet from the Visitor Centre during opening hours. £1.00 per trail sheet.
