Prams in the Park returns to Ryton
The hugely popular Prams in the Park scheme will be getting underway again soon at Ryton Pools Country Park.
The Warwickshire County Council run scheme will launch its spring and summer programme from Tuesday, April 17.
Based at the Ryton park, Prams in the Park is a scheme aimed at new mums (and dads) offering the chance to get out and about, take some exercise and meet other new parents. And despite the name it’s not exclusively prams with babies in slings or baby back carriers also welcome.
The walks in the setting of Ryton Pools Country Park will last about 45 minutes to an hour.
The scheme will run weekly on Tuesdays at 10.30am from April 17 until July 17 during term time only. Parents should meet at the Visitor Centre entrance and there’s no need to book.

There is a £1.50 parking charge at the park but the walks are free. The park has a café, shop and baby changing facilities available.
