Careers in care

If you are interested in taking up a career in care then come along to Stratford Library and find out more. On Friday 29 June representatives from Warwickshire Quality Partnership will have a stand in the library offering information and advice; promoting Social Care as a career.

For the past four years, Warwickshire County Council has supported Warwickshire Quality Partnership (based within Workforce Development Service, Adult Social Care) to establish a successful working relationship with over 200 independent social care organisations in Warwickshire.

Its aim is to help raise the standards and enhance the quality of health and social care provision by providing funding, training, information and support.

Elaine Ives, Project Manager of Warwickshire Quality Partnership, said
“The team will have a stand for a day in the library raising the profile and awareness of careers in social care. We are also hoping member organisations will join the team to talk about working in the sector and promote their own vacancies.”
