Top Stratford writers to appear at Warwick Library

Two of Stratford’s most celebrated writers are at Warwick library on Wednesday July 4 for the latest in the series of ‘Meet the Author’ events.

Stratford writers Meg Sanders and Annie Ashworth who write together under the pen name of Annie Sanders will be discussing their latest collaboration, Busy Woman Seeks Wife.  They will be joined by Adele Parks, author of seven best selling novels, who will talk about her latest book, Playing Away.

The event is the result of a partnership between Warwick Books and Warwickshire Libraries.  This has already seen top crime writers Peter James, Mark Billingham and Stuart McBride appear at the library and promises further events with the likes of David Peace and Celia Rees.

Kate Mackie of Warwickshire Libraries said:  “This evening will showcase three of the brightest writers in the country and will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy meeting them in a relaxed and informal setting.  Thanks are due to Warwick Books, who have again secured the services of outstanding talents.”

Tickets for the event which starts at 7pm cost £5 with a free glass of wine and are available in advance from Warwick Books or from Warwick Library.  For further information, call 01926 412189.
