Evening strolls in Ryton Pools Country Park
A series of weekly strolls are taking place at Ryton Pools Country Park during the summer evenings.
Rosie Smith, the health project officer with Warwickshire County Council’s Countryside Recreation team, said: “Walking can be an enjoyable and easy way to improve your health and walking as part of a regular group like this may help you get started and stay active. The routes are fairly flat and stile free.”
The next walk will take place on Tuesday, August 14. Walks will start at 6pm and last for about an hour. There is no need to book but for more information contact Claire Simms on 02476 305592.
There is a £1.50 parking charge at the park but the walks are free.
