All aboard for Customer Service Week in Warwick!
Not a ‘one stop shop’ but a ‘one stop bus’ will be pulling into Warwick’s Market Square today for the launch of national Customer Service Week…
...and will be giving Warwick residents a taste of what’s to come when the new ‘Warwickshire Direct’ one stop shop opens at Shire Hall next year.
Chief Executive of Warwickshire County Council, Jim Graham, will launch national Customer Service Week for the county council on board the ‘Warwickshire Direct’ bus today (Monday 1st October).
He’ll be joined by advisors from the county council’s Customer Service Centre at Shire Hall, who will be on board the bus all day to give out information and advice on a whole host of county and district council services.
While the bus aims to be a ‘one stop’ for information on council services, it is making more than one stop around the county, and will be putting in further appearances in the north and south of the county throughout the rest of the week.
On Tuesday it will be out and about in Studley, while on Wednesday and Thursday it will be touring around north Warwickshire.
