Business bosses give Kingsbury pupils ‘real’ job interview
Year 10 students from Kingsbury School are to be put through their interview paces.
The students will be having the luxury of a ‘Practice Interview’ with local business representatives over three days of the 5th, 6th and 7th November.
They will previously have received a Student Guidance Pack, which explains the purpose of the interview and gives the students tips on preparing for future interviews and completing application forms.
The event has been co-ordinated by the Warwickshire Education Business Partnership and local businesses attending to interview the students include the Army, the Police and Coventry Building Society.
Warwickshire Education Business Partnership works as part of Warwickshire County Council with businesses and schools to help address the constant demand from employers for school leavers to be ‘work ready’.
