Tributes for firefighters
William Brown, Warwickshire’s Chief Fire Officer, has commended the work of the firefighters who he said have worked tirelessly in the search for their missing colleagues.
The Chief Fire Officer praised the firefighters for their ‘skill’ and ‘relentless dedication’ for their efforts at the warehouse fire in Atherstone-on-Stour.
He said: “Firefighters operate a close-bond in a way that is unique to our service.
You can never be sure what you are facing on a call-out, that is why our firefighters are trained to the very highest of standards."
