Be involved in exciting dance event this spring
Are you a dancer or interested in getting involved in dance? Would you like to learn more about dance?
Warwickshire County Council’s County Arts Service, in partnership with Dancescape, a sub-regional dance development project, are holding a Dance & Disability Awareness Day at Coleshill Town Hall on Wednesday April 16th 2008 10.45-2.30.
The day will be an opportunity to find out more about dance for adults with and without learning needs and disabilities, working creatively together. As part of the day a dance session will be run by Louise Katerega from Foot in Hand Dance Company which people can observe or participate in.
This is a FREE opportunity to learn more about integrated dance and there will be added opportunities to host and take part in a dance taster session, which will develop into a regular dance group.
Signing in and refreshments will begin at 10.45am and the event will commence from 11.00am and finish at 2.30pm with lunch provided.
