Placement preparations at Manor Park
Year 10 students at Manor Park Community School, Nuneaton are taking part in a work experience briefing session next week to help get them set for their forthcoming two week placements.
The event has been co-ordinated by the Warwickshire Education Business Partnership, a part of Warwickshire County Council, ahead of the 15 year olds heading into the world of work.
The day will look at how best to benefit from the experiences and with special emphasis on health and safety. The session is designed to ensure that students think carefully about planning ahead for their placements in order for them to be a success for both students and employers alike.
The event is being organised by the Warwickshire Education Business Partnership as part of their commitment to preparing young people for their adult working life.
