Prefects get management grilling
Prospective Prefects at Polesworth School, near Dordon, have been interviewed by local business representatives to judge their suitability for forthcoming roles within school.
Polesworth School has a very successful and highly valued Prefect system. Once the Prefects have been selected and appointed they also enjoy the benefit of special Management Training courses to assist them in their duties. These will take place on June 17, 18 and 23.
Both events have been co-ordinated by the Warwickshire Education Business Partnership, a part of Warwickshire County Council, who organise various initiatives to help prepare young people for the world of work.
Local businesses attending to interview the students include Land Rover, DHL Exel, and the Royal Navy.
