T’ai Chi in the Park
Relaxing T’ai Chi sessions at Ryton Country Park continue to be popular as they head into the second month.
The Chinese Martial Art classes take place over-looking the lake and run for an hour every Thursday from 10am, until July 3 2008.
The advice is to wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Sessions cost £2.00 per person per week with participants meeting at the visitor centre entrance.
Ryton Pools Country Park is located on the A445, approximately 15 minutes drive from Leamington Spa and 20 minutes from Rugby. The park has a café, shop and toilets. There is a £2.00 parking charge but season tickets are available.
