Local group receive funding for creative art
Community Organisation Art Alert have received £2,000 from Warwickshire County Council’s Nuneaton and Bedworth Area Committee to create a week-long programme of art activity for all people within the Nuneaton and Bedworth Area.
Activities will be taking place throughout the week in the Ropewalk Shopping centre and include exhibitions from local artists and arts groups, demonstrations of graffiti Art, caricatures, card making, as well as various crafts such as pottery. This will be a great event for all of the family to enjoy, so why don’t you come along and join in the fun!
The week begins on Saturday the 5th July 10am and continues everyday until Saturday the 12th July, 10am until 5pm everyday except Sunday, which will run from 11am to 3pm.
