House builder shows confidence in Camp Hill

House builder Barratt is on course to deliver the Pride in Camp Hill Phase 3 development; with contract negotiations well underway and an expectation to be on site early 2009.

Barratt’s regional team, headed by Andy Peters is continuing to work through contract negotiations, which have taken into consideration the current market conditions.

Andy Peters said: “We are very excited by this project and are committed to concluding our contract negotiations with Pride in Camp Hill as soon as possible."

Barratt won preferred developer status in the redevelopment of the Camp Hill, Nuneaton last year.

Chris Egan, Pride in Camp Hill Phase 3 project manager, said: “Barratt’s commitment to the project, like our own remains fully focused. Residents can be assured that both teams are continuing to press ahead with contract negotiations.  Work is also underway to agree a skills and development programme to ensure wider community benefit from the construction programme.

“There is always an enormous amount of work before developers can get on site and this is no exception; it is pleasing that we are still on track for early 2009.”
