The sessions will be ran by Louise Katerega artistic director of Foot in Hand Dance Company based in Leicester.
She said: ‘The idea of mixing and matching dance styles from around the world came from people we consulted in Stratford. I’m looking forward to it just for myself, never mind as a teacher! That’s the great thing about dance – there is endless variety and creativity. It automatically sparks off friendships and conversations. Apparently, we tend to stick with dance as exercise longer than we do with sport because of this!”
