Dance4Health taster sessions in Rugby
Warwickshire Dance4health are offering FREE Latin taster dance sessions in Rugby next month.
The sessions, branded as Rugby Dance4orce, will take place in the WCVA Meeting room, 19/20 North Street Rugby, CV21 2AG on October 7 and 14 at 12.15pm to 1pm and 1.15pm to 2pm.
Rugby Dance4orce is designed to take place in the workplace and particularly welcomes employees and volunteers over 50 years who would like to refresh or develop some Latin passion.
Dance4Health is a WCC County Arts Service arts and health project offering local people working and volunteering in the voluntary and community sector the opportunity to get involved in dance activities which are fun, social and good for health and wellbeing.
For those interested in dancing regularly regular sessions will be taking place in Rugby Central very soon. Opportunity to sign up to FREE health check and lifestyle questionnaire will also be offered.
