Half-term cycle training in Rugby

Young cyclists will be able to brush up on their cycling skills and boost their confidence on the roads thanks to a training course during this month’s half term holiday.

Warwickshire County Council’s Road Safety team is running courses throughout the county, and hoping for a good take-up in Rugby. 

Courses for Rugby will take place at Warwickshire College, Rugby.

Training for young/new cyclists aged 7 to 9 on will run on Monday, October 27, from 9.30am to 12.30am and costs £13.

On-road training, which includes an assessment, for children aged 9 years and over (in Y5 or above), will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday 28 and 29 October from 9.30am to 12.30pm. The cost is £20 per pupil. Pupils successfully completing the course will receive a certificate.
