Family fun day open to all
Firefighters from Leamington are inviting families to come along and join in the fun this weekend at their station open day.
The event, which is being run by Warwickshire County Council’s Fire and Rescue Service, will take place between 10am and 4pm at Leamington Fire Station, Warwick Street on Saturday 25 October 2008.
Throughout the day there will be a range of activities taking place including a demonstration by young firefighters. Fire crews will also be on hand to give fire safety advice along with the county council’s road safety team and Warwickshire Police. There will also be face painting, a miniature fire engine and much, much more.
