County Groups concert weekend
Two tuneful performance programmes are planned for the County Music Groups Concert Weekend next week.
A selection of Warwickshire County Council Music Service groups will come together to play at two special concerts taking place at 7.30pm at Guy Nelson Hall, Myton Road, Warwick on 8 and 9 November.
Taking the stage on Saturday 8 November will be the County Youth Orchestra, County Youth Waits who specialise in music of the renaissance period and the County Youth Steel Orchestra ‘Pannissimo’.
The following evening’s concert will feature the County Youth Rock Band, Red Kyte, who will be followed by performances from the County Youth Jazz Orchestra, the County Youth Chorale and the County Youth Wind Band.
Tickets are available on the door and cost £7 for adults and £3 for concessions. There is a combined ticket offer for both concerts priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
