Hill Street Winter Fayre
Young people in Rugby are invited to Hill Street Youth and Community Centre for an activity-packed Winter Fayre on Saturday 6 December, from 11am to 3pm.
The Fayre, which looks to promote a positive image of young people, will also be a fundraiser towards the existing opportunity of a residential experience in Northern France next year.
Various youth clubs in Rugby will be manning stalls at the event, which is being run by Warwickshire Youth and Community Service. These will include a tombola, a lucky dip, a treasure hunt, arts and crafts and a human fruit machine!
There will also be competitions to take part in and plenty of food, with snacks, cake and even Jamaican or Indian hot food on the menu. Children under ten year’s old will be allowed in for free, while for older youngsters the entrance fee will be 50p.
