Punjabi poetry reading
Local Punjabi poets will by reading extracts from their latest work at Leamington Library this week.
The reading and book launch is on Wednesday 3 December at 7.00pm and features work by two poets.
Mota Singh is reading from his published poetry anthology ‘Bikhre Moti’ which is an emotional collection reflecting his memories of loved ones.
Satpal Sing Dulku has two collections, ‘Komal Bulh Tirhai’ and ‘Kalpana’, which are observations on almost every aspect of life inspired by political, social and religious ideas.
The event is part of Warwickshire’s celebration of the National Year of Reading and is free to attend.
