A window on country parks
Residents are being offered a year round window on the splendour of Warwickshire’s country parks with the launch of the new calendar for 2009.
Depicting scenes from around Warwickshire County Council’s country parks, from Kingsbury in the north to Stratford in the south, the park’s calendar has gone on sale at only £2, and if two are bought the third is free.
Country Parks Visitor Manager Paula Cheesman said: “Not only are our country parks a great place to visit in the winter, we are also offering the chance to pick up a Christmas present.
“There are some really lovely photos in this year’s calendar, many of which have been taken by our own country park Rangers.”
