Pupils discover money matters
The importance of efficient personal money handling is being revealed to youngsters at Manor Park School in Nuneaton.
The 14 year olds at Manor Park School will take part in a session on Friday provided by the Warwickshire Education Business Partnership.
It will devote the whole session to the many financial issues and choices which face young people today.
They will look at personal spending and budgeting, the cost of living, sales ploys, credit, etc.
The event is organised by Warwickshire Education Business Partnership, a part of Warwickshire County Council, to try and ensure pupils are better prepared for the world of work and life after school.
The Warwickshire Education Business Partnership relies on businesses to support their events in schools. If individuals or companies are interested in working with the WEBP to support schools as they prepare young people for adult and working life please contact the Northern Area Office on 024 7632 5336.
