Rugby will see over 600 ‘A’ Level students congregating at the Rugby School Temple Speech Room for the Annual Management and Leadership Conference.
Schools participating in the event on Tuesday 23 are Lawrence Sheriff School, Ashlawn School, Rugby High School and Rugby School
Hosted by Lawrence Sheriff School and Rugby School, and organised by the Eastern Area Team at the Warwickshire Education Business Partnership, the Conference will welcome over 50 business advisers from across the country.
Delegation includes representatives from IBM, Ernst and Young, Defra, Barclays, Deloitte, Warwick Business School, Rugby Borough Council, Cisco, Christian Salvesen and many others who will work with the Year 12 students on a wide range of management training and team building activities.
The Key Note Speaker will be Lynda Gratton of London Business School - professor, author and one of the world’s leading authorities on people in organisations.
Bringing together schools from every sector of the education system and giving hundreds of students the opportunity to experience the world of work at a high professional level, the Management and Leadership Conference is a flagship event in Rugby’s Calendar.
