Summer cycle training for Rugby youngsters

Children are being offered the chance to learn valuable cycling skills during the school holidays thanks to a scheme run by Warwickshire County Council’s Road Safety team.

Courses are available throughout the county with Rugby area courses based at Warwickshire College, Rugby.

Bikeability Level 1 for young or new cyclists aged 7 to 9 on will take place on Monday and Tuesday 27 and 28 July from 9am to 10.30am. While those aged nine years and over are offered on-road Bikeability Level 2 Monday to Wednesday 27 to 29 July from 11am to 1pm.

Course fees are £13 and £20 respectively. Those completing the training receive certificates.
