Have your say on country parks
Visitors to any of Warwickshire’s Country Parks will from next week be able to give their views and comments on their experience.
Whether it’s Kingsbury Water Park, Ryton Pools Country Park, Hartshill Hayes, Burton Dassett or Pooley Country Parks, visitors in August will have the opportunity to give their views on a number of issues relating to these country parks, owned and managed by Warwickshire County Council.
Every year, country parks’ staff organise a visitor survey at one of their eight country parks and picnic areas; but this year, all parks will come under the spotlight.
Paula Cheesman, Country Parks Visitor Manager, said: “It’s very important that we seek the views of our many customers on a regular basis. Each of our sites has Comment and Suggestion cards available for visitors to complete all year round but, once a year, it’s useful to consult on particular issues and to find out how the general public rate the services we offer.
“We need to be sure that we are involving our customers and that we give due consideration to the facilities and services they ask for.”
Anyone who is interested in taking part in the survey, but won’t be visiting the parks during August, can still take part by filling out an on-line version. This will also provide an opportunity to comment all year round on any park they visit. Just visit http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/parks
