Summer cycle training for Stratford youngsters
Children are being offered the chance to learn valuable cycling skills during the school holidays thanks to a scheme run by Warwickshire County Council’s Road Safety team.
Courses are available throughout the county with south Warwickshire area courses based at Stratford High School.
Training for young/new cyclists aged 7 to 9 takes place on Monday and Tuesday 17 and 18 August from 9am to 10.30am. While those aged 9 years and over are offered on-road training Monday to Wednesday 17 to 19 August from 11am to 1pm.
Course fees are £13 and £20 respectively, those successfully completing the training will receive certificates.
