County council gets a new look online

Warwickshire County Council has now launched its new website homepage.

The new page, which went live on Monday 10 August, is aimed at helping website users find the services and information they want quickly and efficiently.

The redesign is a direct result of consultation with Warwickshire residents and their comments and suggestions have been taken into account. The page was previewed last week, with an invitation for website users to send any further comments. Feedback received was very positive, with many saying they found it much easier to find the information they were after.

Councillor Heather Timms, Portfolio Holder for Customers, Workforce and Partnerships, said: “The new homepage demonstrates the county council’s commitment to improving access to services for all our customers. We always welcome feedback from Warwickshire citizens and we will continue to find opportunities to improve and enhance what we offer.”

The homepage redesign is one of a number of changes aimed at improving the experiences of web users, which will be made to the website over the coming months.
