Customer satisfaction is on the cards

Ever felt like giving someone a ‘thank you’ card for good customer service? Or showing them a red card for service that left a lot to be desired? Well now you can!

Warwickshire Direct, which provides information and advice on a variety of council and other services, has just launched Customer Satisfaction cards at all One Stop Shops in Warwick district. This week (5 – 10 October) is National Customer Service Week.

Residents in Warwick, Kenilworth, Lillington and Whitnash who call into their local One Stop Shop to speak to advisers from Warwickshire Direct - a partnership in Warwick district between Warwickshire County Council and Warwick District Council - will be invited to fill in one of the cards and give the councils some feedback on their experience.

The cards will also give people the opportunity to write down any ideas they have for improvements or future services that the councils could provide.

Councillor Heather Timms, Warwickshire County Council’s Portfolio Holder for Customers, Workforce and Governance, said: “We value people’s suggestions and our Warwickshire Direct advisers will be actively giving the cards out after dealing with enquiries. We will use the results going forward to further improve our levels of customer service.”
