Half-term cycle training in Rugby

Young cyclists will have an opportunity to improve their cycling and on-road skills during the October half-term holiday.

Warwickshire County Council’s Road Safety team are running courses throughout the county. Courses for the Rugby area will take place at Warwickshire College, Rugby.

Training for young/new cyclists aged 7 to 9 on will run on Monday and Tuesday 26 and 27 October from 9am to 10.30am and costs £13.

On-road training, which includes an assessment, for those aged 9 years and over (in Y5 or above), will take place Monday to Wednesday 26, 27 and 28 October from 11am to 1pm. The cost is £20 per pupil. Pupils successfully completing the course will receive a certificate.
