A second meeting to be held in Studley
There will be another meeting in Studley at a larger venue – that’s the message coming from Chief Fire Officer, Graeme Smith.
A consultation meeting was held in Studley on Wednesday 21 October at the Village Hall. Unfortunately the venue was too small and so a second meeting has now been organised for residents to come along and have their say on the Improvement Plan. The meeting will be held on Monday 23 November, at Studley Leisure Centre, Pool Road, Studley – 8pm start.
Chief Fire Officer, Graeme Smith said:
“I know that some residents were disappointed not to be able to attend the last meeting. The previous venue did hold up to 250 people and was a similar size to other venues used across the county for the consultation meetings. Unfortunately, on this occasion it was not large enough and so we have now organised a second meeting for Monday 23 November in a larger venue for those residents who could not get a place at the last meeting.”
Residents attending will be able to have a look at the information on show, talk about the proposals, ask questions and have their say by filling out the consultation questionnaire.
In addition to the consultation meeting at Studley, meetings will also be held the following locations:
