Have your say in Whitnash on Wednesday
Residents of Whitnash are invited to come along to the Community Forum on Wednesday 20 January to have their say on funding local projects.
A number of local groups have applied to the forum for funding, and attendees will be able to join in with deciding which projects are most needed in the area.
The forum, which starts at 6.30pm at the community hall, Acre Close, is an opportunity for local people to influence how services are delivered in their area, and to find out what’s happening.
Also at the forum will be Janet White, Foundation Trust Project Director of University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. She will be talking about the benefits of a change to foundation status, and what it will mean for everybody.
Community Forums are local events that enable people to find out about issues affecting their area and to influence local decisions. Anyone interested in local issues can go and discuss them with officers from a range of organisations, including Warwickshire County Council, Warwick District Council and Warwickshire Police.
Further information about the community forum can be obtained from Jane Coates of the Community Partnership Team on 01926 456103.
