North Leamington community grants
Local groups, organisations and services that would like funding for projects that benefit people in North Leamington need to act quickly to apply for a share of a special fund.
Warwickshire County Council and Warwick District Council have made a pot of money available to North Leamington’s Community Forum, which the Forum can award to support both new and ongoing projects.
But the deadline is looming - the closing date for applications for funds is Monday 22nd February.
All residents of North Leamington – which includes the wards of Milverton, Clarendon, Manor and Crown - are invited to help decide which projects, from the applications received, will receive the grant awards at the next community forum, being held on Thursday 18th March.
The meeting will take place from 6pm in St. Paul’s Church, Leicester Street.
Local groups are invited to apply to the grant fund by completing a brief application form which is available on the Warwickshire County Council website at http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/warwickarea or by phoning the Community Partnership Team on 01926 456102.
