Firefighters unveil their new kit!

Warwickshire County Council’s Fire and Rescue Service have unveiled a new kit for their Rugby team at a recent match against Shottery RFC.

The new kit is sponsored by Heart of England Training and obviously added to their winning streak as the final score was 41 - 15 to the Fire Service team.

Training Delivery Watch Manager, Mark Allen said: “It was a great night and we were very happy with the win. The new kit looks great and we are very grateful to Warwick Aldersley of AKUMA Sports and to do our sponsors, Heart of England Training. We just hope that we can do them justice in the games to come.”

The team was supported on the night by the Chief Fire Officer, Graeme Smith, Assistant Chief Fire Officer, Simon Frost, Andrew Goodman from FSSAA, Warwick Aldersley of AKUMA Sports and team sponsors Heart of England Training were also present.

The next game is on the 17th March against AEI Rugby at Newbold on Avon Rugby club from 7pm onwards. Residents are invited to come along and support the team and to see the new kit!
