Road closures on Sunday in Stratford
Urgent works are planned to be carried out in Sunday on Stratford, resulting in the closure of several roads in the town.
Below are the planned works are to be carried out on Sunday and which roads will be closed in order to do this.
There will be two sites which will be treated:
Site 1 - A3400 Birmingham Road/Guild Street/Windsor Street/Shakespeare Street roundabout. This work will commence at approx 7am. A road closure will be in place on two of the roads leading onto this site.
Site 2 - A422 Alcester Road/Greenhill Street/Arden Street traffic light junction. This work will be completed after the work on site 1. A road closure will be in place on two roads leading onto this site and the A439 Arden Street will be closed to Southbound traffic.
It should be noted that this work is weather dependent and therefore could be cancelled at short notice depending on the conditions on Sunday.
Delays for traffic can be expected whilst the work is carried out.
