An event for everyone

Spring looks finally to have arrived and Warwickshire’s Country Parks have a busy April and May planned to keep visitors entertained.

All the event details are contained in a new bumper 45-page booklet is packed with things to do at all of Warwickshire County Council’s Country Parks during 2010.

Visitor Manager Paula Cheesman said: “Whether you are interested in volunteering, bat nights, making hedgehog homes or den building you are sure to find something suitable for all the family to enjoy.

“Plus there are some new events this year, and due to the success of the Survival Day at Pooley, there are more of these events planned. I’d recommend to book early to avoid disappointment as numbers are limited on some events.

“Country Parks make for a great value day out, most of the events are only a couple of pounds, and the only other cost is parking.”
