Autumn fun for young people in Nuneaton

Djembe drumming, arts, crafts and food tasting are just some of the exciting activities on offer for young people in Nuneaton this autumn.

Every Tuesday evening during term time from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, Warwickshire County Council’s Youth and Community Service are running a youth club at the Galley Common Riding Stables on Chesterton Drive.

A range of activities will be on offer for 13 to 19-year-olds as well space to chat and make friends. There is a nominal charge at each session of 50 pence.

Jackie Earl, Locality Coordinator (Camp Hill and Galley Common) for Warwickshire County Council’s Youth and Community Service, said: “As the Autumn starts to set in, it is often more difficult for young people to find something to do.

“So the youth club is a perfect opportunity for them to get involved in a positive activity that is fun and easy on the pocket.”
