New look library is on the way
The extensive refurbishment at Wellesbourne Library over the past few months is coming to an end.
The library has been improved and extended to include a Children’s Centre. The new facilities will offer fantastic new library facilities including a new flexible training room and the installation of new state-of-the-art self service machines that will give customers the opportunity to borrow, return and renew books themselves
Tanya Butchers, Divisional Library Manager, said:
“We would like to thank you all customers for their support during our closure period and look forward to welcoming you all into the new look library and children’s centre when it opens in mid -December.
“Building works are progressing well and we will be making further announcements about exact opening dates soon.”
Warwickshire Libraries would like apologise to customers for any inconvenience they may be caused during the interim period but please be assured that no-one will be charged any overdue fines and books can be returned to any other Warwickshire Library or renewed via our 24hour renewal line 01926 499273 or online at http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/libraries.

Wellies Children’s Centre, in Wellesbourne, will be one of 40 Warwickshire County Council Children’s Centres which all offer a range of play, health and family support services tailored to the needs of local families with babies and children up to the age of five.
