Red Box Lottery – fantastic plastic!
Residents in the areas covered by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and North Warwickshire Borough Council have a chance to win £50 by simply recycling!
The Red Box Lottery is running throughout December and January, so make sure you put your recycling out every collection to be in with a chance of winning.
Last week’s lucky winner in North Warwickshire was Mrs Noele McGurk of Temple Way, Coleshill, who said “It was a nice surprise and a nice thank you for doing something which we should all be doing anyway.”
Last week the first winner in Nuneaton and Bedworth was Emma Seymour from Exhall. As well as receiving a £50 shopping voucher just in time for Christmas, Emma also won a family voucher to see the much anticipated Pied Piper of Hamelin pantomime at The Civil Hall in Bedworth.
Emma said of her win: “This came at just the right time with Christmas around the corner, although I haven’t yet decided what to spend the vouchers on. The trip to see the panto at the Civic Hall will be a real treat as well. I recycle regularly and will certainly continue having won these prizes!”
