Kenilworth Library re-opens
Kenilworth Library and ‘Warwickshire Direct – Kenilworth’ re-opens today (Monday 7 February) following a makeover.
The refurbishment of ‘Warwickshire Direct – Kenilworth’ and the library has resulted in a more relaxed and informal layout, an improved seating and newspaper area, and more space for books to be displayed.
Brand new state-of-the-art self service machines have also been installed, which will give customers the opportunity to borrow, return and renew books themselves.
From 28 February 2011, Warwickshire Police will be teaming up with Warwickshire County Council and Warwick District Council to provide police front office services from ‘Warwickshire Direct – Kenilworth’ and Library at Smalley Place.
Until this time, police services remain available from the front office at Kenilworth police station, situated next door.
